If you would like to use this site as a tool for tracking the youth of your ward or branch, please fill out the information below and I will get an account setup for you. The site is, of course, free to use. By using this site you agree to all points in the Disclaimer. It will take about 24 hours to get the account setup and an email will be sent with a temporary password. Please change the password as soon as possible after the account is authorized. If you have any problems at all, please let me know.

To protect privacy you have the option of having the full names of the youth removed and listed as a username in the format of <firstname><first letter of lastname><id number>. For example, John Wilson would show as JohnW34 for any viewer to the site without ward or admin access (users with ward access will see the full names for any youth in their ward and site admins will see all names). This is checked by default. If you would like to remove this for your ward, please uncheck the box below. If you wish to change later on just send me and email and I will change the info for your ward.
Do NOT use full names of youth to protect privacy.
